Digital Transformation and Firm Performance

Digital transformation has become an important channel for firms to build a competitive advantage in the digital economy. However, user participation, source of external knowledge firms, received limited attention research related transformation. Drawing on knowledge-based view, study uses sample 247 Chinese investigate impact firm performance. The examines mediating role participation between and performance moderating both environmental dynamics absorptive capacity relationship Findings herein encourage pay strengthen their ability establish good relationships with users, improve absorb knowledge, make strong effort cultivate users.
